The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is also a huge plus, as it is very close to the Clapham Jct railroad station and the bus stop for the town 44. Additionally, it is conveniently located on the riverfront, making it easy to access the pedestrian walkway by the river. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. The rooms were equipped with comfy beds and they even had stand-alone fans, allowing me to personalize my stay and feel at home. The hotel also provided all the basic amenities that I needed, including clean towels that were regularly replaced, and breakfast was included at great prices.
Everything was satisfactory.

The location was excellent, with two tube stations within walking distance and a beautiful river walk nearby. the room was spacious, with clean and crisp linens. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the tea and coffee were constantly refilled.
The bathroom could have been better maintained, with issues such as dirty grime on the shower walls and a broken shower head.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean room. the hotel was situated close to the main attractions of the city, making it easy to explore. the staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout the stay. the room was clean and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities provided.
Limited parking options, noisy room. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have enough parking spots available, forcing us to find parking elsewhere.
